So I reflexively hate the Goldbergs because it’s cashing in on the same relentless nostalgia that continues to grip our culture. It is the mass media equivalent to Buzzfeed’s incessant “you are between Gen X and a Millennial if…” posts.

The Music Cycle Repeats

I was a kid in the 80s and 90s and my father would rock out to music from the 60s and 70s and wonder out loud where all the good music went.

Right now I’m listening to the 90s radio station on Sirius in the restaurant and I had to catch myself from wondering out loud, where did all the good music go?
